Customised production halls
An expanding company requires functional and thought-through solutions for new production halls and production buildings. Our team develops these in a way that is customised to your requirements, for your individual needs. Customised warehouse construction always also includes an optimisation of operational processes. Furthermore, the close and constructive collaboration existing within the FREYLER Group of Companies minimises interface problems. From the planning phase through to execution, creative solutions, project-oriented requirements and technical knowledge combine in an ideal way – creating industrial warehouses of the highest quality.
Process optimisation and higher added value
Smart planning begins with a careful analysis of the current situation and the company’s perspectives with regard to the requirements of the new production building. Based on a comprehensive baseline evaluation, we create future-proof production warehouses and production buildings.
Working with our principals and their teams, our experts analyse their present and future requirements. Of particular importance in the planning of a new building is company-internal optimisation, starting from the work environment for employees through to specific production and logistics requirements.
Planning and building sustainable production buildings and production warehouses
The construction of a new production building harbours additional opportunities. If planned and realised smartly the new buildings not only optimise internal processes and the work environment, they are also able to lower operating costs and protect the environment. In this context, details play a key role: for example, it may not be necessary for a logistics warehouse to be lit throughout; the roof of outdoor facilities may be used for a photovoltaic installation; or the exhaust air from machinery in a plant engineering company may be used to heat the office space. A successful mix of intelligent technology and high-quality building shells can lead to a significant reduction in running costs.
An eye on the visuals, too
Production warehouses are usually very striking buildings because they are so large. For this reason, we try to come up with attractive solutions to create the right look. For example, the façade might pick up on the corporate colour scheme, it may feature a plaster finish or sandwich panels, it may integrate large window areas or be closed all round and only feature skylights. The range of construction and design options is great, and a production hall can thus become a landmark in itself, visually representing the business in the region and to clients.
