Deep energy façade retrofit and modernisation

Existing buildings consume around three times as much energy as new buildings – deep energy retrofits of the building shell and the façade, in particular, can help remedy this. Such retrofits render the building attractive in economic terms and make it fit for the future. High energy costs and the tightened statutory requirements as set out in the German Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV) are the main drivers here. In addition, the renovation of a façade both increases user comfort and alters the physical appearance of the building, its distinctive presence in the environment.

We are a reliable and competent partner when it comes to façade renovations during active operations. Individual solutions and special structures are our strong point. If the building shell is to be renewed, this usually entails the dismantling of the existing façade. If the building cannot be emptied, modernisation may also be undertaken in stages. We possess a wealth of knowledge drawing on experience and are able to plan and implement the complex assembly sequences and the ensuing dismantling of the scaffolding.
